We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, as it is very close to the tram station, making it easy to explore all the sites of the old city. The hotel is situated on a steep slope, so it may not be suitable for those who struggle to walk, but it offers stunning views. The service here is top-notch, with attentive staff who were friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. The room service and housekeeping were exceptional, ensuring that our room was always clean and well-maintained. We also appreciated the convenience of the grocery shopping service and airport shuttle, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

I had a wonderful stay at a very nice hotel just a short walk away from all the main attractions. The rooms were newly renovated and verysuper clean and cozy. The staff, especially Selman, were excellent and always willing to help with a smile. I even got to enjoy a beautiful view of Istanbul at night from the hotel terrace thanks to Aziz. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
There were a few minor drawbacks, such as occasional cooking smells in the room in the morning and a 200m uphill walk to the main street and tram that could be challenging for some people. overall I had a great experience and would gladly return to this hotel.
