The hotel is situated on a steep slope, so it may not be suitable for those who struggle to walk, but it offers stunning views. The service here is top-notch, with attentive staff who were friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. The room service and housekeeping were exceptional, ensuring that our room was always clean and well-maintained. We also appreciated the convenience of the grocery shopping service and airport shuttle, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

I had a wonderful stay at a very nice hotel just a short walk away from all the main attractions. The rooms were newly renovated and verysuper clean and cozy. The staff, especially Selman, were excellent and always willing to help with a smile. I even got to enjoy a beautiful view of Istanbul at night from the hotel terrace thanks to Aziz. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
There were a few minor drawbacks, such as occasional cooking smells in the room in the morning and a 200m uphill walk to the main street and tram that could be challenging for some people. overall I had a great experience and would gladly return to this hotel.
