Cleanliness and hotel facilities were top-notch. The hotel's location, close to all the sites of the old city, made it easy for me to explore the area. Plus, it was very close to the tram station, which was convenient for getting around.

The service here is top-notch, with attentive staff who were friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. The room service and housekeeping were exceptional, ensuring that our room was always clean and well-maintained. We also appreciated the convenience of the grocery shopping service and airport shuttle, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Couldn't fault.

I had a wonderful stay at a very nice hotel just a short walk away from all the main attractions. The rooms were newly renovated and very clean and comfortable. The staff, especially Selman, were excellent and always willing to help with a smile. I even got to enjoy a beautiful view of Istanbul at night from the hotel terrace thanks to Aziz. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

There were a few minor drawbacks, such as occasional cooking smells in the room in the morning and a 200m uphill walk to the main street and tram that could be challenging for some people. However, overall I had a great experience and would gladly return to this hotel.
